What’s the saying

What’s the saying?? Workout in the morning before your mind figures out what your doing? That was me today! Alarm went off at 4:05 but after ☝️ snooze I got up and stumbled to my living room! Don’t let Charlie’s face fool you he was up before me!
Max out sweat is my favorite workout of the program and had to modify most of it due to not wanting to wake up the whole !! But this was more about me NOT being a morning person let alone a person who works out in the morning!! If you shift your mindset you can do hard !!
I started last night by setting my alarm and saying right then no matter what you will wake up no matter how much sleep you get or don’t get this workout WILL happen!! Did it suck when the alarmed went off? Yup! But I felt awesome after I finished and thought I have the rest of the day to do whatever I want or need to do!! I feel so much more awake today and ready to tackle whatever comes my way!!!

  1. I feel you! I started 4:00am workouts last year. They are so hard but like you said you feel amazing once they are done 🙂 Awesome job!
