Up early and workout is done

Up early and workout is done!
I used to think you could out exercise poor nutrition.
If I double up on my workout, I can go all out today and eat as much of whatever I want to eat.
Then I would expect to wake up tomorrow and feel great because I doubled up on my workout so that justifies the poor choices with nutrition.
I wasn’t getting too far with that mind set. I was spending way too much time working out and wasn’t feeling great and wasn’t getting the progress I felt I deserved because I was working out so hard.
To thankful I have found the balance.
A 25 minute workout to get my day started.
Balanced nutrition all day long with a treat here or there. Not eliminating foods and depriving myself. Focusing on portions and balance everyday.
I wake up feeling energized, feeling good, and making progress everyday.
